第一部分：用户服务协议（中文）

欢迎使用 MoonFun（在应用图标与名称中可能显示为「MoonFun」，以下统称「本应用」）。在使用本应用前，请你仔细阅读并理解本《用户服务协议》（以下简称「本协议」）。你下载、安装、使用本应用，即视为你已阅读并同意本协议全部条款。

一、服务内容

1. 首页与科普展示：天体（如月球、太阳、行星等）三维视觉展示、日期/时间与月相联动、视觉特效（如流星、太阳活动等）、分享当前星球画面（可将场景截图保存至本机「作品集」）。
2. AR 与创作：在取得系统授权的前提下，提供 AR 相机、天体贴纸库（贴纸资源与索引主要存储于本机）、AR 场景拍摄、作品集浏览与管理（含点赞等本机状态）、通过系统能力保存至系统相册、通过系统分享面板分享图片等。
3. 系统与工具：多语言与主题/性能相关设置、缓存管理、实验室/诊断类调参、设置快照（JSON）复制等。
4. 本应用的展示与 AR 效果用于科普与视觉体验，不构成任何专业意见或保证（包括但不限于天文观测、导航、测绘、授时、医疗、投资等）。

二、账号与未成年人

1. 当前版本不强制注册账号（如未来增加账号体系，将在应用内提示并更新协议）。
2. 未满十四周岁的用户应在监护人同意与指导下使用本应用；监护人应承担相应监护责任。

三、使用许可与行为规范

1. 在遵守法律法规及本协议的前提下，你可将本应用用于个人、非商业目的。
2. 你不得实施：反向工程、破解、篡改本应用；干扰或破坏本应用运行；利用本应用侵害他人合法权益或违反公序良俗。
3. 对用户生成内容（如 AR/截图类作品）：你应确保不侵犯他人肖像权、隐私权、知识产权等合法权益；你需对发布、分享、保存行为自行承担法律责任。
4. 使用 AR 与相机时，请注意人身与财产安全，避免在驾驶、行走于危险区域等不适宜场景操作；遵守当地关于拍摄与隐私的法律规定。

四、知识产权

本应用内的软件、界面、图形、动画、音视频（如启动视频）、贴纸美术与文案等，由开发者或权利人依法享有知识产权。未经授权，不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。

五、功能变更与第三方技术

为改进体验与安全，我们可能更新、调整或下线部分功能。本应用使用 Apple 系统及框架能力（如 ARKit、SceneKit、AVFoundation、Photos 等），其实际表现可能因系统版本、设备型号、环境光照与平面条件而异，我们不保证完全一致或持续可用。

六、免责声明

1. 本应用按「现状」提供，不保证无错误、不中断。
2. 因不可抗力、网络与设备故障、第三方服务或你自身原因导致的损失，在法律允许范围内我们不承担责任。
3. 实验室/调参类功能可能影响帧率、耗电与发热，请谨慎使用。

八、协议更新

我们可能根据法律或产品变化更新本协议；更新内容以应用内展示为准，你继续使用即视为接受更新。

第二部分：用户隐私声明（中文）

MoonFun（本应用）重视你的隐私。本《用户隐私声明》说明我们如何处理与你的使用相关的信息。本应用以「本地运行、最小必要」为基本原则；除本声明列明的情形外，我们不会将可识别你身份的信息用于与本应用无关的目的。

一、我们处理的信息类型

1. 你主动提供的信息：当前版本通常不要求提供姓名、手机号等账号信息。若未来提供意见反馈等功能，你自愿提交的文字可能包含联系方式，我们仅用于回复与改进产品。
2. 本地存储的信息（均保存在你的设备上）：
   • 偏好设置：主题、语言、性能与特效相关选项、实验室调参等，可能保存在 UserDefaults 或同类机制中；
   • 缓存与资源：系统缓存目录中的文件，可在应用内「缓存管理」中清理；
   • 贴纸库数据：贴纸包与贴纸条目等，可能以 Core Data 等形式存于应用沙盒；
   • 作品集：你在应用内保存的图片及与之关联的本机元数据（如拍摄/保存时间、来源标记、应用版本与设备型号等描述性信息、点赞状态等），均仅存于本机沙盒，不会作为云相册同步至我们的服务器（当前版本）。
3. 相机与运动相关数据（经你授权）：用于 AR 相机、空间追踪与画面合成。当前版本不把相机画面或 AR 原始数据上传至我们运营的服务器用于分析与画像。
4. 相册（经你授权）：在你将图片保存到系统相册或使用系统分享时，由 iOS 系统与「照片」应用处理；我们不在后台批量读取你的相册内容（当前版本）。
5. 网络传输的有限信息：为实现稳定性或配置类目的，应用可能向运营方接口发起请求，并传输非敏感、难以单独识别个人的信息（例如应用标识、版本号等）。该等请求不用于个性化广告推送（当前版本）。具体网络行为以本应用当时实现为准。
6. 当前版本不主动收集：精确地理位置、通讯录、短信内容、通话记录等。

二、我们如何使用上述信息

用于提供与改进本应用功能：渲染与 AR、贴纸与作品集、设置同步、缓存统计与清理、有限的远程配置/稳定性相关请求等。我们不会将上述信息出售给第三方。

三、系统权限说明

我们可能请求：相机（AR 拍摄）、相册写入（保存作品）、相册读取（为系统隐私声明中已说明的后续能力预留；若未使用相关功能则不会触发）。你可随时在系统设置中关闭权限；关闭可能导致部分功能不可用。

四、数据留存与安全

数据主要保存在本机。请你妥善保管设备与系统密码；在越狱/Root 等环境下安全风险升高。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。

五、共享、转让与公开披露

原则上不向第三方共享你的个人信息。仅在法律法规要求、司法/行政依法调取，或经你明确同意的情形下可能依法披露。

六、你的权利

你可通过应用内设置调整偏好、清理缓存、管理作品集与点赞状态、关闭系统权限，或通过卸载应用删除沙盒内数据（已保存到系统相册的图片仍保留在「照片」中，由你自行管理）。

七、未成年人保护

未满十四周岁用户应在监护人指导下使用，并特别注意相机与分享相关权限。

八、第三方与开源组件

本应用可能使用第三方开源库，致谢信息见应用内「Pods 致谢」等页面；其数据处理以各组件文档及 Apple 平台政策为准。

九、本声明的更新

我们可能随功能变化更新本声明，更新后以应用内展示为准。

Appendix: Terms of Service (English)

Welcome to MoonFun (the “App,” as shown on your home screen). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. What the App provides

• Home & education: 3D celestial visuals, date/time and moon-phase linkage, effects (e.g., meteors / solar-style activity), sharing a scene snapshot to the in-app Portfolio.
• AR & creation: With your permission, AR camera, on-device sticker library (Core Data / local assets), AR captures, Portfolio (likes and metadata stored locally), saving to the system Photos library, and sharing via the system share sheet.
• Tools: language & appearance/performance settings, cache management, lab/diagnostic tuning, JSON snapshot copy.
• Content is for education and visual experience only—not professional advice (astronomy, navigation, timing, medical, investment, etc.).

2. Accounts & minors

No account is required in the current version. If accounts are added later, we will notify you in-app and update these terms. Users under 14 should use the App with a guardian’s consent and guidance.

3. License & conduct

Personal, non-commercial use only. No reverse engineering, tampering, or misuse. You are responsible for user-generated content (e.g., AR captures) and for respecting others’ privacy and IP. Use AR safely—do not use while driving or in hazardous situations. Follow local laws on photography and privacy.

4. Intellectual property

Software, UI, graphics, animations, video (e.g., launch), stickers, and text are protected. No copying or commercial use without permission.

5. Changes & third-party tech

We may change features. The App relies on Apple frameworks (ARKit, SceneKit, AVFoundation, Photos, etc.). Behavior may vary by OS, device, lighting, and surfaces.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses beyond what the law allows. Lab features may affect performance, battery, and thermals.

7. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy below.

8. Updates to these terms

Continued use after in-app updates means you accept the new terms.

Appendix: Privacy Policy (English)

MoonFun handles your information with a “local-first, minimal” approach.

1. Information we process

• You provide: We usually do not require name or phone. Future feedback may collect text you send.
• On your device: Preferences (UserDefaults), cache (clearable in-app), sticker library (e.g., Core Data), Portfolio images and on-device metadata (timestamps, source tags, app version/device description, like state). Not synced to our cloud in the current version.
• Camera & motion (permission): AR tracking and composition. No upload of camera/AR streams to our servers for profiling in the current version.
• Photos (permission): Saving uses system APIs; sharing uses the system sheet. No bulk background library access in the current version.
• Limited network: Operator endpoints may receive non-sensitive data (e.g., app id, version) for stability/configuration. Not used for ad targeting in the current version.
• Not actively collected: precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs (current version).

2. How we use it

To run and improve features. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Permissions

Camera, photo library add, and library access as declared. You can revoke in iOS Settings.

4. Retention & security

Data stays primarily on-device. Uninstall removes sandbox data; images already in Photos remain there.

5. Sharing

No sharing except as required by law or with your clear consent.

6. Your choices

Settings, cache, Portfolio, permissions, or uninstall.

7. Children

Guardians should supervise camera, saving, and sharing for users under 14.

8. Third-party & open source

See Pods acknowledgements; governed by their licenses and Apple rules.

9. Updates

We may update this policy; the in-app text controls.
